Basic accommodation information:

• Check-out until 10:00
• Our house does not have a reception, so when you arrive at the house call +420 776 128 893, we will come to check you in
• Our apartments are operated as Adults Only facilities (children 12 years and older)
• Dogs and other pets are not allowed throughout the property
• Guests are required to present a valid ID card or passport upon arrival
• Upon booking, the operator will send the client an invoice for payment. The reservation becomes binding for the operator only after the payment has been received
• Any additional payment for accommodation will be made by the client on arrival
• In case of non-payment of the invoice on time, the reservation is cancelled and the date is released for other clients
• In the event of a shortened stay by the client, the operator has the right to charge the client the full amount of the agreed price for the entire length of stay
• Only as many persons as have been registered can be accommodated in the apartment. Overnight stays of persons not registered are not possible. In case of violation of this rule, the client’s stay will be terminated immediately and the operator has the right to charge the client the full amount of the agreed price for the entire duration of the stay
• The guest is fully responsible for any damage caused to the property of the accommodation facility
• The operator is entitled to charge cancellation fees. Cancellation is possible electronically by e-mail: apartmany@palavia.cz
  • In case of cancellation 7 – 0 days before the date of stay, 100% of the paid price will be charged as cancellation fee.
  • In case of cancellation 7 – 0 days before the date of stay due to government regulations, the client will be allowed to reschedule the reservation or the amount paid will be refunded to the client’s bank account
• There is a strict no smoking policy in all indoor areas
• From 10pm to 7am, guests are required to respect the night-time quiet
